AI Business & Content Strategist

Never film again.Never guess again.

Whatever you sell, I build the AI systems that create your content and decode your competition — so you show up everywhere without ever picking up a camera, and you grow on strategy instead of guesswork.

01The Problem

Most businesses are creating content blind.

You post and hope.

You know visibility matters, so you show up when you can and put something out. There's no thesis behind it, no read on what actually moves people in your market — just output and optimism.

Filming is the bottleneck.

Scripting, setting up, shooting, hating the take, reshooting, editing. The cost isn't the camera. It's that the whole system stops the week you get busy — and you're always busy.

Your competitor is running a system.

The one cornering your market usually isn't more talented or more charismatic. They're more organized. They found a structure that works and they've been compounding it while you've been improvising.

Visibility isn't a talent problem. It's a systems problem — and systems can be built.

02Content

Your face. Your voice. No camera.

We build a personal AI avatar trained on your likeness and the way you actually speak — then use it to produce more content in an afternoon than most people ship in a quarter.

  • A personal AI avatar that looks and sounds like you, not like a stock presenter
  • Scripts written in your real voice and point of view — not generic AI filler
  • Weeks of short-form content produced in a single sitting
  • Automatically repurposed for every channel your audience actually uses
  • You review and approve each piece. You never set up a light again.

The camera stops being the reason you didn't post.

03Strategy

Know exactly what's working for your competition — and why.

Before we make anything, we find out what's already winning in your market. Not vibes: a real teardown of the people currently taking the business you want.

  • A full audit of your top competitors' content — what they publish, what performs, what they quietly abandoned
  • The business structure underneath it: their offers, pricing, funnels, and how they convert attention into clients
  • The gaps nobody in your market is filling, and which one you're positioned to own
  • A prioritized plan — what to do first, what to do next, and what to ignore entirely

You stop guessing what to say, because you know what already works.

04Who It's For

AI shouldn't only work for companies with a tech department.

For twenty years, the systems that let a business dominate its market were priced for enterprises — six figures and a team to run them. That era is over. The tools are now within reach of a two-person shop. What's still missing is someone who knows how to point them at your business specifically. That's the part I do with you.

Attorneys

High-trust, high-value work where the decision starts long before the consult. Authority content does the convincing while you're in court.

Physicians & Practice Owners

Patient education that markets the practice as a byproduct — built to keep you clear of anything that would put patient privacy at risk.

Financial & Insurance Advisors

You're selling judgment people can't evaluate up front, so trust has to be built before the first meeting. Content is what does that building.

Trades & Local Services

You win on trust and proximity. Content is how you become the obvious call before anyone opens a search tab — without leaving the job site.

Coaches & Consultants

You sell your thinking. Publishing it consistently is the whole game, and it's the first thing that stops when clients get busy.

Every Other Business

Retail, restaurants, manufacturing, agencies, nonprofits. If you have customers to reach and no time to reach them, the constraint is the same and so is the fix.

This list isn't a gate — it's examples. If you run a business, there's a version of this that works for you. The strategy call is where we figure out what it looks like.

05Process

How the work actually runs.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

A deep read of your business, your market, and the competitors currently winning it. You get the analysis whether or not we work together after.

  2. 02

    Build

Your avatar, your content system, and the strategic plan that tells it what to say. This is where the machine gets assembled.

  3. 03

    Run

Content ships on a real cadence. You approve, you don't produce. The system holds even in your busiest month.

  4. 04

    Compound

We measure what lands, feed it back into the strategy, and widen the gap between you and everyone still improvising.

07About

Josh Randall, PhD

I hold a PhD in Philosophy, with work centered on quantum physics and existentialism. That sounds like a detour from business strategy until you notice what both are actually about: how systems behave, and why people decide what they decide.

I'm an AI systems architect. I build the machinery — avatars, content engines, competitive analysis systems, automation that runs without being babysat. Not slide decks about AI. Working systems that produce output on Monday.

I speak on stages about where this is all heading — what actually changes for an ordinary business when these tools get cheap enough to reach, and what to do about it before your competitors work it out.

The thesis is simple enough to fit in a sentence: most businesses lose not because they're worse, but because they're less organized. Strategy is the fix, and AI is what finally makes it affordable to execute.

Which is really why I do this. The advantages that used to belong only to companies with a technology budget are sitting right there now, and most owners have no idea they can reach them. Every business should be able to use this — not just the ones who can hire a department to run it.
